About the Project

Europe’s health industries require a workforce equipped with the technical proficiency, environmental acumen, and the strategic leadership to navigate the complexities associated with swift technological, environmental, and societal change.
To bridge talent gaps and address skills shortages in the sector, BRIGHTskills will develop a skills strategy to tackle these challenges. Cutting-edge, evidence-based training programmes, tailored to the health industry’s needs, will be designed, guaranteeing individuals have the critical skills needed to thrive in this dynamic ecosystem.
